Hyperboloids in a Chamfered Cube

Curving surfaces composed of hyperbolas are fitted into openings of a chamfered cube, also called a truncated rhombic dodecahedron. Two of the hyperboloid surfaces show some detail of the construction and also surfaces intersecting them parallel with planes of the polyhedron. Made with vZome
