Mechanical City (WIP-1.5) Animation Constraints

Description

A version between WIP1 and WIP2. I plan to make a glass railing around the gear system to protect the citizens of this city. I like this scene so I did not deleted. But I thought it is way too early to make this glass railing. Rotate this gear around the z-axis to move the other geras. Every gear has a transformation constraint which gets and converters the rotation from gear 64.
