Westfield Center Mall Sign

Just a simple sign for a custom Westfield Mall I'm currently modeling in Cities:Skylines The Westfield part of the text is supposed to be in red, but 3DS Max wasn't exporting the color for some reason so it's stuck in white. I may go back and fix the model later, but it's not really a priority right now.
