Daimler-Guinness Armoured Lorry 1916

Description

So you might think why is Daimler making Armoured vehicles for the British army when Germany are at war with them. Well technically they did not do that. The British Army needed an armoured vehicle to patrol Ireland and therefore looked for vehicles they could modify. As it happenes Guinness (The Brewery) had some lorries fit for purpose which happened to be Daimler. So the British army got hold of some Train Boilers, stuck them on the trailer, added some holes and the Daimler-Guiness Armoured Car was born.
