Split fracture vertebrae L1 - from CT scan

I broke my back (again), no need to be an expert to see this. **CT scan** converted to 3D mesh using the free software **InVesalius 3.0** (http://www.cti.gov.br/invesalius/) You can set the detection of the mesh/bone, in this version, the settings were too low, giving a glitchy effect. I've used **Meshlab** (http://www.meshlab.net/) to clean the mesh, flip the normals and hence **reducing the filesize** from 150mb to about 30mb. Steps perfomed in Meshlab: * remove duplicate vertices * remove isolated pieces * simplification: quadric edge collapse decimation
