EAF - Biranup Zone - Garnet Ice Quarry

Description

Migmatitic garnet-bearing felsic orthogneiss of the Biranup Zone, east Albany–Fraser Orogen, exposed at Garnet Ice Quarry. Builder squares 60 x 40 cm were placed horizontally accross the exposure for scale and orientation, the red ends indicate north.
