Tourmaline variety [schorl](http://www.webmineral.com/data/Schorl.shtml) (NaFe⁺⁺₃Al₆(BO₃)₃Si₆O₁₈(OH)₄). The specimen is a combination of several forms. The top surface is a simple trigonal pyramid while the prism section is a combination of a ditrigonal prism and a trigonal prism, together giving nine faces. A scale bar is on the bottom of the specimen (fractured surface). I had a few 'technical' issues with this specimen as can be seen in the model. First try of a new turntable that unfortunately has a glossy surface which created some artefacts in the final model. However the crystal itself came out surprisingly well considering it has a somewhat featureless and vitreous surface.
