Crumbling Balustrade

This ornate balustrade is in front of the [Lily Pond](https://www.balboapark.org/gardens/botanical-building) in Balboa Park in San Diego, CA. It was built for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition, and seems to be in a slight state of disrepair, with visible cracks and some portions crumbling away.
