The Concussion Rifle From Halos Reach and 4. The Concussion Rifle fires explosive bolts of superheated plasma. When the plasma bolt hits a surface, it produces area-of-effect damage and a small "kick" to its users and targets. The weapon has only seen limited use, most notably during the Fall of Reach.
