Double Dodeca Array

Description

A dual array of both rhombic and pentagonal dodecahedra on a shared cubic lattice. This array can be constructed of blocks composed of 2 parts with a shared square base. One part of the block is a pyramidal portion of a rhombic dodecahedron, while the other part is a portion of a pentagonal dodecahedron. Two blocks are shown suspended from the array. The array can be seen as a space-filling stacking of rhombic dodecahedra, or alternatively as a stacking of pentagonal dodecahedra with spaces between cells that are concave pentagonal dodecahedra.
