The powder horn was made from a cattle horn. Flattened on both sides, covered with tin sheet at the end. On the surface there is an incinerated image of a bishop with a crozier in his right hand. The bird’s head was carved in the narrowest part of the horn. The powder horn was one of the indispensable elements of the equipment of the Tatra mountains robbers, next to a shepherd’s axe, rifle, pistol, knives and a thick stick called a bunkosz.
