A Chibi Rem recreation of Re:Zero's confession scene. Check out the video: https://youtu.be/d0kkhE3TBBY ✨ I made this last year as I was starting out as a self-taught freelance 3D artist. Back then this project forced me to learn proper 3d character creation all by myself. It was hard, sometimes it felt like I was hopeless at 3D -always taking too long, always making mistakes, always knowing so little... Out of love for art, I pressed on, made a hand-painted background, even custom toon shaders and an animation for a short. I guess, I just wanted to show the world I wasn't hopeless anymore... Although not perfect, I wanted to make this scene as a way to say to the world what i needed to hear most back then... "When no one else in the world believes in you, when you don't even believe in yourself... I will believe..." Hopefully it is something you also needed to hear :) Don't ever give up, you hear me?
