First Time Try

Hey! I have no idea in the slightest what I am doing, but I installed blender today and this came out. So if you could give a some tips on how to improve that would be great! As for the model I based it off of The Elder Scrolls Skyrim's Iron sword, hopely you could tell without reading this but I digress.
