General Mills Grain statue

Description

This statue is located in Minneapolis in front of the General Mills "A" building. It is a representation of grain farmers that were selling their wheat to the conglomerate corporation that had no regard for the indigenous people of the region. They did everything they could to control grain production in the Twin Cities and fulfill the manifest destiny established by European settlers.
