Low poly landscape with river and trees

I tried to reproduce this great tutorial by CG Geek on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELiqWceCk0Q and this is the result. Learned many things form this video alone! I highly recommend watching it. Unfortunately the "dae" format didn't pick up all the shaders work, so the water and the fire look a bit ugly :-(
