Description

A Roman sarcophagus from Ostia at the Carnegie Museum of Art. Produced circa 225 C.E. Made of marble for a wealthy Roman, it depicts an Eros on the left and right, pairs of kissing Cupids and Psyches, and three Graces in the center.
