Siderite carbonatite #20 04-15-2020

Description

This carbonatite contains mostly calcite, but also lesser amounts of siderite can be seen. Many accesory minerals are present but are too fine grained to be picked out except in thin section. It is 9 cm in longest dimension and comes from the Iron Hill Caronatite Comples in Gunnison County, Colorado.
