Description

This 4-storey residential building based in Vancouver is to be passive, in other words, extremely energy efficient. Making it air-tight, thermal bridge free, and super-insulated poses several design challenges, and it has been a blast trying to make architectural, structural, mechanical and other plans fit into our framing design. Working with a great team filled with experts helps so much, and I'm grateful for that. I can't wait to see this building leaving the paper into the real world.
