Lion fountain head

Description

In 1907 the Humane Society erected a fountain for use by the horses and animals of Sioux Falls. This is one of 4 lion heads that doubles as a fountain. The fountain stands at the SE corner of 8th & N. Phillips Ave in downtown Sioux Falls.
