Utron bottom half

Description

This is the bottom half of the Utron, a device from the minds of Nikola Tesla and futher developed by Otis T. Carr. It is meant to be made out of Iron filled with mercury and have copper windings. 6 fins on the outside to get the Utron spinning by the air as they go around in a marrygoround :)
