According to NParks, this is Singapore's First Pedestrian Underpass.

"Singapore’s First Pedestrian Underpass Walk over to the small green with its lovely cluster of Yellow Flame, Tecoma and Rain Trees in front of the Asian Civilisations Museum. Use the underpass (tucked under Anderson Bridge on your right) to get to Esplanade Park. This underpass, which was built in 1964, is Singapore's first pedestrian underpass. It links the park to Connaught Drive."
Source Link:
https://www.nparks.gov.sg/-/media/nparks-real-content/gardens-parks-and-nature/diy-walk/diy-walk-pdf-files/monument-trail.pdf?la=en&hash=998E15C65958885BCB30D1601A6E4D4D497440DF 📍 [Singapore, Singapore](https://scaniver.se/L1.28768,103.85272)
