Maize | Stage V11 | NDVI plant health indicator

Description

3D model from a Maize plant in growth stage V11 with NDVI values visualized in coloring. Red is healthy plant tissue while yellow is more unhealthy and green is dead leaf tissue, soil or other artifacts. The model is made with the scanner PlantEye. [PlantEye](https://phenospex.com/products/plant-phenotyping/planteye-f500-multispectral-3d-laser-scanner) is developed to measure plants in all lighting and environmental conditions. It scans in labs or entire fields and uses the 3D model to calculate plant parameters like height, growth, biomass. It simultainiously scans the plant in RGB and near infrared wavelengths to measure plant coloring and plant health.
