[FREE] Sci-fi constructor

My old unfinished sci-fi level constructor, based on [Deus Ex: Mankinf Divided method](https://www.artstation.com/artwork/4vO0Y) It's need a little bit more work (there is no second UVs for detail maps), but maybe still can be usefull for someone. Feel free use it and make more details from this base material.
