The weirdest strawberry ever - Macro scan

I wouldn't have imagined or modeled this thing even if I could. Still not sure what form of strawberry this is. My wife found it while tending strawberry patch in the yard, and this *thing* got the whole family both amazed and perplexed. Of course, I couldn't help but scan it right away. By the way, if you know what this is, please leave a comment. Model created and decimated with Agisoft Metashape. Shot with Canon 90d + 100mm macro lens.
