Revaluation of Lviv Polytechnic

Description

**Context** Lviv Polytechnic is one of the oldest technical universities in Eastern Europe. **Problem** The design site is located in the center of Lviv. There are three unconnected buildings of Lviv Polytechnic at the site under consideration. Educational buildings do not have inclusive entrances and elevators. There is no space for recreation and communication, there is a need for premises to ensure a full educational process. The adjacent territory is chaotically parked. **Solution** The construction of a new entrance, which will unite all the buildings in combination with the stair-lift unit, is a logical solution in this case. The conceptual solutions are based on the principle of more or less, which is why the projected volumes are a logical continuation of the existing ones. To meet the need for space for training, a superstructure over the building, located in the depths of the quarter, is proposed.
