Sovutinske Iron Age Hillfort — pit No. 3 / 2020

Description

The pit discovered during the excavations of Sovitinske Iron Age Scythian Hillfort in 2020. The shape of a pit was reconstructed using SfM-photogrammetry (81 images) for further volume calculation. The images reference has been made using a shape of standart A4 sheet of paper as a reference contour. An estimated volume of the pit is 513 litres.
