Alignment of SARS-CoV-2 RNA polymerase with the calcivirus RHDV (rabbig hemorrhagic disease) shows the highly conserved structure of the active polymerase center. Coronavirus RNA pol requires manganese for iits activity. Based on PDB 6M71 and 1KHW
