I am capturing point cloud animation using my iPhone X and a special app (Record3D app from Heges). From the sequence of point cloud captured, I simply upload them to Sketchfab. This was my most recent attempt to try to capture 3D live performance as point cloud. Would be nicer if this can be shared as USDZ, but not yet possible as USDZ does not support point cloud and color yet. I reckon this can be come a common thing, a visual diary of some sort as 3D POINT CLOUD.
