A spatially egalitarian town comprising 20acres of radially distributed amenities for enhanced proximity and circulation, thus making walking desirable. Local earth is used as main building material to minimize both costs(~$7k/adult) and the cement-related carbon footprint. Inspired by the hunter-gatherer lifestyle, the population gravitates towards Dunbar's number(150), consisting of smaller bands of 20-50 for optimal synergy. Each module's carrying capacity may cap at 12ppl/acre but further growth is supported through self-replication within a digitalized network managing resources equitably, through the scientific method. If successful, the model would pave the way for a self-regenerative economy based on abundance, rather than scarcity, towards a peaceful humanity where access and inclusion are valued as essential human rights, and living necessities are mostly secured by automation thus enabling a motivational shift from rivalrous to integrative, and extrinsic to intrinsic. *PS: Double-click to focus*
