**3D capture method**: Photogrammetry **Equipment used**: Camera: Sony Alpha 7RII; 3D reconstruction software: Agisoft Metashape **Asset information**: Large pastry popular in Madrid called Trenza de Hojaldre and averaging 400 x 100 x 20 mm. **About this job:** The inspiration for this model came as I imagined myself in the not too distant future waking up to a holographic photo scan of my favorite Spanish pastry. The greatest challenge I had with this job was not technical but emotional. It was waiting until I captured all the images before eating it ;)
