Description

Globigerina bulloides is a spinose planktic foraminifera that has 4 chambers in the final whorl. This species typically has a large apertural and lacks an apertural lip (which helps to distinguish it from the related species, G. falconensis. There is a considerable amount of morphological variability in this species.
