Description

The model represents the ATLAS Barrel Toroid magnet, one of the magnets used in the [ATLAS Experiment](http://atlas.cern/) at [CERN](https://home.cern/), to bend the charged particles produced in the LHC collisions, to let ATLAS physicists measure their energy. The geometry information is extracted from the ATLAS Detector Description, visualized, and dumped with [VP1](http://atlas-vp1.web.cern.ch/atlas-vp1/home/), the ATLAS 3D interactive visualization tool and *event display*.
