1. Define a leaf shape brush, then scatter it with pure color at a disc stribution. Use single-sided material. Put the pivot at lower half 2. Create double-sided cross planes for leaf billboard 3. Creat the trunk 4. Particle system it on branches. I only used 32 instances. Weight paint where to grow these leaves. Go back to 1 to adjust the scale of the leaves. 5.
