A Man-Kung XB-52 crossbow. The weapon uses a series of pulleys and cables to bend the limbs of the bow mechanism. The incorperation of this system allows for a much higher draw weight while still being cockable by the usual cocking methods. In US Markets, it is known as the Crosman Centerpoint Sniper 370.
