STEM Neighborhood: Lot 1

Description

This model was designed on SktechUp by two 7th grade students enrolled at Washington Irving Middle School. Together, these students were able to use SketchUp to model out their custom house to later be positioned on Lot #1 in the Spring Village Estates development (Springfield, VA). Total Square footage and appraised cost per square foot are included in this model and provide realistic home valuation.
