Dissociation of Cl-C in tert-Butyl chloride

Description

A short animation showing the disociation of a Cl-C bond in tert-Butyl chloride. The animation follows the NBO bonding orbitals involved in the sigma bond between the two atoms. All calulations were performed with ORCA 4.0.0.1 and visualized with Chimera.
