Description

First World War type D firing position for three riflemen in base XXXVI:2 in [Krepost Sveaborg](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krepost_Sveaborg) land front defense line in Ruukinranta, Espoo, Finland. The base was built in 1915 - 1918. This firing position was originally left incomplete but the roof was added from another type D firing position nearby in the 1970s when it was destroyed in road construction.
