This is an example of the moulds I have been making. The original object was made in an Oculus Quest headset in Gravity Sketch and SculptrVR. It was then imported into Fusion 360 where I could analyse the symmetry. I then cut the object with split lines, and created a cottle to support the plaster casting. The yellow cottle was printed in rigid PLA including keyways for fitting into the other pieces, while the model in red was printed in a flexible PLU material. Plaster is then cast on top, and when dissassembled, a working ceramic slip cast mould is made.
