Description

Entry for the Sketchfab X Mozilla Hubs - Interdimensional Art Event. My idea was to try something non-humanoid. Based on the theme I wanted to combine biology, art, and space into an avatar that is a big cell, an artist's palette, and our solar system. Planette uses the Hubs component uv-scroll to make the planet rotation effect and for scrolling the stars past the body. 'scale-audio-feedback' is used for sparkles that appear when speaking. The see-through effect is done through backface culling and flipped normals on the main body. Planet imagery is NASA public domain.
