Description

I think is the best layout so far. We get flexibility with fridge and couch size and couch orientation. The counter doesn't have to be made smaller (only shorter). We also don't have to extend the roof because the ladder is more in the middle rather than against the side. The door location is also optimal as it will orient the house in a way that provides a view from the front, the kitchen and the living room and we can hide the parking area by not adding windows on that side of the house. The door on the larger side also allows for a wider deck. There are also a couple additional storage oportunities with this option.
