Allamakee Trailed v Fine Lip

Description

Type: Allamakee Trailed, variety Fine Lip Shoulder Description: Zones filled with punctaties. These are often found between zones of either oblique tool trails or vertical tool trails (Boszhardt 1994: 234). Lip Decoration: Relatively fine notching, usually applied with tool, on top of the lip along the entire rim. Notches may be oriented perpendicular to rim, or oblique to right or left (233).
