Description

Gargoyle of the cascade fountain in the garden of Belvedere Palace in Vienna. Depicted is a two-legged dragon, strictly speaking a female Wyvern (Vibria). On its shoulder sits a man tearing open the mouth of the Wyvren. The figure, like the entire fountain, dates from the 18th century.
