Rupertibrunnen

Description

Fountain figure of the Rupertibrunnen on the main square of Ruprechtshofen. The fountain was consecrated on 8 October 1966 and commemorates the commissioning of the local water supply system. Rupert of Salzburg (650-718) was Bishop of Worms as well as the first Bishop of Salzburg and Abbot of the St. Peter's Abbey there.
