House Remodel Version 1

Description

This focuses mainly on the master bathroom, but also includes changes to the kitchen. EDIT: This now includes my proposed solution to the dining table issue. It doesn't have to be stools (probably better to not be, actually). It is currently countertop height, but I don't think lowering it would be a major problem.
