Hello Neighbor - Prototype Floor 1

Description

This is the model shown off in the Announcement Trailer for Hello Neighbor. Right here, you can see the model with all the unused rooms shown. I did import the textures for the model into Blender, but it looks completely F***ed. I think the texture scale is meant to be a lot bigger, but I'm stuck with this trash. I don't recommend using this model for mods or anything, but still, enjoy the model.
